I almost thought about giving Karbel a fair review, but then I discovered the 'wonderful' wi-fi only works at the reception, what a treat! Plus, I was kept awake by the staff’s chit-chat outside my door. I expected someone to roll out the red carpet for me, but they clearly don't know who I am.

The outdoor terrace for dining offered a beautiful atmosphere.

Our Deluxe Double Room faced a noisy outdoor staff break area that disrupted our sleep daily. the WiFi was practically non-existent, forcing us to rely on poor connections near reception. I wouldn’t expect this from a hotel claiming to provide personalized service!

The pool area was a perfect little oasis, always clean with plenty of sun loungers. Plus, the garden is beautifully maintained and creates a relaxing vibe.

We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool area and the well-maintained gardens. The location is quite handy, just a five-minute stroll to the main beach. Plus, my kids loved the evening entertainment, especially the quiz nights. It made our family stay even more fun.

Ja, no, the staff were just lekker! Like proper family. They treated my little one like a prince and the brekkies were always on point. Pool area was stunning, proper chill zone with killer mountain views. Room was spick and span every day too!

Only bummer was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in our room, had to vals jy in the reception area sometimes.

Loved the breakfast with freshly baked croissants and amazing organic juices! The pool area was gorgeous too. Just wished the Wi-Fi worked better in the rooms. 😊

The outdoor swimming pool was stunning with sufficient sun loungers and umbrellas. Our room had air conditioning, a private bathroom with free toiletries, flat-screen TV, and a lovely balcony view. Breakfast included delicious Turkish options and plenty of choices like boiled eggs and pancakes. Staff were super attentive, making the stay even better.
